Review: This is the best sky bar

This is the best chilled sky bar that you could smoke at the balcony or the rooftop aside Charoenkrung street in the view of Icon siam where’s near the Chaopraya River. All the staffs be able to speak Thai/English and very kind. The food and drinks there are awesome too.
