The Budtender Ganja Dispensary
The Budtender in Pattaya is definitely a heavy hitter on this list as well as one of the first dispensaries to pop up in Pattaya. Conveniently located close to the start of the Walking Street on Sai Song (Pattaya’s Second Road) opposite Istanbul Kebab. The owner and staff are always friendly and smiling and are happy to help you find a strain you’ll love at a reasonable price. Big plus is that they have a smoking area if you’re paranoid about smoking outside or in your room.
Blow Thailand
Located on the same street as Candyland and Speakeasy you’ll find Blow Thailand. If you’re looking for good place for a daytime smoke session, Blow is always a good option. The prices are in the average ranges of 600-800 baht/g. You can sit and smoke your flower roadside under a covered area with super comfy seats and some fake grass. Only downside would be that the only thing to look at is their logo which is everywhere. They also carry their own line of THC oil.

Candyland
This dispensary was one of the first to open after the legalization in 2022. This is another place where you’re free to smoke on the premises. Originally a cocktail bar, it now serves as both so you can get some buds and a buzz at the same time. Feedback on this place has been varied but it seems like they’ve finally stepped up their game. We recommend this place if you’re looking for a more bar-vibe when enjoying your smoke, but if you’re just buying flower to take home there are better and cheaper buds around.
HQC – High Quality Cannabis Pattaya
If you’re looking for a more high class smoking experience, on the brink of royal, we’d tell you to go to HQC. A former wine shop, the interior is definitely more upscale with some furniture looking like they were from European palaces. There’s lots of room around to spread out making it ideal for groups. In addition you can also borrow smoking equipment, bongs and even a Storz & Bickel Volcano as well as games to play. For all this, prices are a bit on the higher side but fair if you want to smoke in a fancier dispensary.

GrandDaddy House
This is a place that say that they strive to make it feel “just like home”. While that depends a lot on what kind of home you are used to, it definitely has a cozy and homey vibe. There are a few different seating groups to choose from as well as games and a PlayStation room for the stoned gamers. In addition they carry a wide range of smoking accessories that you can purchase. Located in Jomtien, Pattaya and their prices are very fair for the area.
Pot Hole Pattaya
Located on Soi Chalermphrakiat 25 off of Soi Buakhao you’ll find the Pot Hole. If you need a dispensary with lots of room, this is one of them. They strive to be an Amsterdam-style coffeeshop in Pattaya. The place does feel like a mix of that and a sports bar since they show sports as well as having a pool table, alcohol in the bar. Prices here are fair considering the market and the location they provide, but you might have to dig for the best buds.
The Elephant Pattaya
While not a place with lots of comfortable seating (think Thai bar stools), the vibes are buzzing at The Elephant. Conveniently located on South Pattaya road it’s an easy place to stop and have a smoke at if you’re in the area. Staff are very friendly and will help you get sorted out.

Things to do while stoned in Pattaya
