We’ve all been there. Finding some bag seeds in various buds we’ve smoked. Put it in a paper towel to see if it would germinate but to end up growing like a zombie, or turning out to be a male or hermie. While that is all good and fun and sometimes successful for the casual at home grower, we sometimes need predictability. If you’re planning a serious grow, buy some serious seeds. You don’t want to waste time and equipment growing bad weed. With seed banks you can often trust that you get what you pay for, straight from the breeder. That’s why we’ve compiled international seed banks for Thailand.
While we do encourage you to try and purchase from cannabis seed sellers in Thailand when possible, you might at times be looking for seeds that are not yet available here. At the time of writing this article, there aren’t many well stocked seed banks in Thailand. Many international seed sellers are also kind enough to throw some free seeds in your bag so you can try growing a variety of cannabis strains. On the downside, you also have to factor in the much longer delivery time when shipping from the US or EU.

How we compared the seed banks
While it’s hard to compare the quality of all kinds of seeds from all seed banks, we decided that the classic strain Northern Lights would be our seed to try and buy, mostly because it would be a strain that everyone sells and still loved to this day. To make it more interesting we put it in for feminized, and a pack of 5. Where this hasn’t been available or in a different pack size we have pointed out the closest alternative. For stores with multiple breeders of the same strain, we used an average price. Shipping was set to Bangkok. Prices are shown in stores currency as well as Thai baht according to the exchange rate at the time of writing.

Seed City launched back in 2010 and is another well known online seed seller and they sell seeds from literally hundreds of different breeders. Check them out if you’re looking for seeds from a specific breeder or really great deals.
Known for their high level of stealth packaging. Although the website could use a redesign.
